Nissan has just unveiled the all new 2010 Nissan Patrol for the Arabian market. This four-wheel drive vehicle is equipped with a 5.6l V8 engine mated to a seven speed automatic transmission that outputs 400 horsepower and 405 pound-feet of torque. The car also features four driver-selectable modes: pavement, sand, rock and snow, a new four-wheel independent suspension, a hydraulic body roll mitigation system, a hill start assist and a hill descent control. The Patrol will hit the Arabian roads in April for prices between $49,000 and $73,500.
