2008 Paris Motor Show is the platform for Audi to introduce their A1 Sportback hybrid concept car. The car is powered by a 150-horsepower 1.4L TSI engine combined with a 17-horse electric motor. The 2009 Audi R8 GT3 is powered by a 500hp V8 engine. It is a mid-engine sports car that comes with a 420 horsepower and all-wheel-drive. The car is priced at between $80,000 and $110,000. Here comes GT3 Audi R8, the meanest, fastest Audi around. The racing version of Audi’s mid-engined supercar set to compete in the FIA GT3 championship next year. Audi GT3 R8 delivers ’500bhp-plus’ from its 4.2-litre V8, channelled through a six-speed sequential gearbox. Audi will deliver the first racing R8′s to customers next autumn.
