
Another limited edition vehicle from Ford Performance Vehicles has just been introduced for the Australian market. Dubbed as the FPV GT Black, the car comes with a unique matt black stripe package, black upper and lower grilles, black fog lamp bezels, a bi-modal quad exhaust system finished with black exhaust tips and a set of 19-inch five-spoke alloy wheels. Inside, the car is equipped with shadow leather upholstery, piano black surface finishes and a reverse parking camera. As for the engine, it sports a 5.0-liter supercharged V8 engine with 335kW and 570Nm. Limited to just 125 units, the 2011 FPV GT Black Limited Edition will be priced from $74,290. [Car Advice]

To celebrate the company’s upcoming 35th anniversary, Ford is preparing to unleash the new Ford Fiesta Sport Special Edition. To be available only in three door variant, the Ford Fiesta Sport Special Edition will come with a full styling kit, complete with lowered side skirts and distinctive spoilers for the front bumper and the rear hatch, and will be fitted with a set of Panther Black alloy 17-inch wheels. Underneath, power will come from a 1.6-liter Duratec Ti-VCT petrol engine that outputs 134 hp and 160 Nm of torque. [Autoevolution]

Ford has announced the Australian pricing for the all new 2011 Ford Focus. Scheduled to hit dealerships in August, the new Ford Focus will be available in both hatchback and sedan variants, and will come in four trim levels: Ambiente, Trend, Sport and Titanium. Prices will range from $21,990 for the entry-level Ambiente 1.6-liter five-speed manual hatch and goes up to $36,090 for the top of the range Titanium 2.0-liter TDCi six-speed automatic sedan. Here are the latest styling and performance packages for the new Ford Focus 2.0 TDCi by German tuner Loder1899. Outside, the car gets a full body kit (in carbon fiber as an option), stainless-steel dual exhaust pipes, LED daytime lights and carbon covers for the headlights, and is equipped with a set of either an 18-, 19- or 20-inch alloy rims. Under the hood, the 2.0-liter diesel engine receives a new power upgrade kit, enabling the car to produce 195 hp and 395 Nm of torque. Fiat has recently unveiled the 500C at the New York Auto Show. The convertible has a roof-mounted spoiler and a power-retractable soft top that can be lowered at speeds up to 60mph (97 km/h). The Fiat 500C also features an air conditioning, power windows/locks, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and Bluetooth/USB connectivity. Based on the US-spec 500 Coupe, the 500C is powered by a 1.4-liter MultiAir engine with a five-speed manual or an optional six-speed automatic transmission. This engine configuration produces 101hp (75kW/ 102PS) and 98lb-ft (133Nm) of torque. The 2012 Fiat 500C will go on sale in the United States later this Spring for $19,500. German tuner MR Car Design hits by with their new performance package for the Ford Focus RS. Under the hood, the 2.5-liter five-cylinder engine receives a new power upgrade kit which consists of an ECU remap, in-house exhaust and downpipe, a 200-cell catalytic converter and a sport air filter from K&N. Having this new power upgrade kit, the car can now produce a total of 360 hp (an increase of 55 hp). Sadly, there’s no word on pricing yet. [GlobalMotors]
