
The all new Nissan Micra has been unveiled at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show. Built on Nissan’s new V-platform, this compact car is available in two different engine options, a naturally aspirated 1.2-liter three-cylinder petrol producing 80 hp and 108 Nm of torque or a turbocharged version of the same engine with direct injection that outputs 98 hp and 142 Nm of torque. These engines are coupled to either a 5-speed manual gearbox or Nissan’s all-new Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). Other features of the car worth mentioning include a new parking space measurement system, a touch-screen navigation and audio system and a glass roof. Nissan has just unveiled the all new 2010 Nissan Patrol for the Arabian market. This four-wheel drive vehicle is equipped with a 5.6l V8 engine mated to a seven speed automatic transmission that outputs 400 horsepower and 405 pound-feet of torque. The car also features four driver-selectable modes: pavement, sand, rock and snow, a new four-wheel independent suspension, a hydraulic body roll mitigation system, a hill start assist and a hill descent control. Nissan’s special edition 370Z is created to honor the 40th anniversary of the original Datsun 240Z. The new car is scheduled to go on sale in the U.S. later this month for $38,860. The 370Z 40th Anniversary Edition features “40th Graphite” exterior finish and special red leather-appointed interior. Other special features for the 40th Anniversary Edition include a high-luster smoke wheel finish, red brake calipers and 40th Anniversary badges on the rear hatch and front shock tower brace. Japanese carmaker Nissan has announced the 2010 Nissan Rogue S Krom Edition price for the US market. As a reminder, the car is available in both front-wheel and all-wheel drive configurations along with three exterior colors including Venom Red, Wicked Black and Gotham Gray. Meanwhile, power comes from a standard 170-horsepower 2.5-liter inline-4 engine mated to a continuously variable transmission (CVT). Japanese carmaker Nissan has officially announced that the 2010 Nissan Fuga will hit Japanese dealers starting on November 21st. This luxury sedan will be available in two different engine options, either a 2.5-liter VQ25HR or 3.7-liter VQ37VHR unit. Both units are paired with a 7-speed automatic transmission with manual mode. Apart from that, the car will also come with innovative features, like Distance Control Assist System, Driving Safety Support System, Lane Departure Prevention, Vehicle Dynamic Control, Cornering Stability Assist, EBD and ABS.
