
Porsche has officially introduced the all new 2012 Porsche Boxster. This sports car comes with a sharper front end and a wider rear incorporating a similar lip spoiler as the 2012 Porsche 911. Under the hood, power comes from either a 2.7-liter flat-six unit with 198kW or a revised 3.4-liter flat-six unit for the Boxster S with 235kW. Each engine can be paired to either a six-speed manual or Porsche’s PDK double-clutch seven-speed auto. The 2012 Porsche Boxster is set to make its public debut at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show in March and will hit the International markets in mid-year. [CarAdvice]

Topcar today introduced the new Carbon Edition body kit for the Porsche Cayenne Vantage II. The body kit consists a carbon fiber aero kit with front and rear spoilers, revised aprons, bonnet and side skirts and a carbon paint job. Porsche has revealed the all new 2012 Porsche 911 GT3 RSR. This race car is powered by a 4.0-liter six-cylinder boxer engine (w/ a sequential six-speed gearbox) that produces 460 hp. The 2012 Porsche 911 GT3 RSR will be available to customers around the world from January 2012 for 498,000 Euro (about $673,744). [GlobalMotors]

Check out the latest styling and performance packages for the Porsche Panamera S by Edo Competition. Called the Porsche Panamera S Hellboy, the car is equipped with a new body kit which consists of a new carbon fiber front skirt with integrated daytime running lights, a new carbon fiber front lip, elegant side skirts, a new carbon fiber rear skirt along with the diffuser, new side mirrors and fender vents and a ducktail spoiler. As for the engine, the 4.8-liter V8 unit received a new power upgrade kit enabling it to produce a total of 465PS (an increase of 65PS). [AR]

Aftermarket specialist Duke Dynamics has recently showed off their newest styling package for the Porsche Cayman S. This mid-engined Porsche receives a new body kit that consists of a new front bumper with a honeycomb grille, a redesigned rear bumper and a carbon fiber rear spoiler, and comes equipped with a set of multi-spoke lightweight alloy rims. German tuner speedART has recently unveiled their latest styling and performance packages for the Porsche Panamera Diesel. Outside, the car receives a PS9 aerodynamic kit which consists of a front spoiler, a pair of side skirts, rear diffuser, a double wing rear spoiler and front and rear air intakes, and comes with a set of 22-inch Five Spoke Competition mono-block alloy wheels fitted with performance tires. Underneath, the 3.0-liter V6 turbo-diesel engine has also been upgraded to produce 300PS and 650Nm of torque (an increase of 50PS and 100Nm). [AR]
