Toyota is set to introduce its new SUV ‘All-New Land Cruiser’ at this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show. This redesigned SUV sports a 3.0-liter D-4D turbo common rail diesel engine mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission with 171 hp and 410Nm of torque. Toyota has launched an updated version of its Verso MPV series with the introduction of the new Verso MPV 2.2 D-CAT 150. This new seven-seater MPV is equipped with a 2.2-liter turbocharged four-cylinder diesel engine coupled to a six-speed automatic transmission. The engine produces 150 HP and 340 Nm of torque, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 10.1 seconds. Toyota has recently introduced the Lexus IS250C four-seat convertible with an electronically opened aluminum top. The convertible is powered by a six-speed automatic transmission and a 2.5-liter, 215-horsepower V6 engine. Toyota has limited its monthly domestic sales goal to 100 units only because of the economic recession.
