Nissan has recently announced the UK pricing for their upcoming Nissan Leaf. This medium-size hatchback will go on sale in UK from early next year for 23,990 GBP / $37,000 (including 5,000 GBP / $7,700 government incentive). To remind you, this five-door vehicle is equipped with laminated lithium-ion batteries, which generate power output of over 90kW, while its electric motor delivers 107 hp and 280Nm of torque. The car itself has a driving range of more than 160km (100 miles) on one full charge.
