Citroën is revealing its new concept car, Hypnos, at the 2008 Paris Motor Show. This elegant and distinctive crossover vehicle combines the styling cues of a sporty coup, the serene comfort of a saloon and the practical space of an SUV. The Hypnos concept is powered by Citroën’s HYmotion4 technology, which is a diesel hybrid drivetrain that propels the car from a rear axle-mounted electric motor. It seems that more eco-friendly cars will be unveiled in the U.S. market in the near future. This time, the U.S. Army is getting hydrogen hybrid version of Ford Escapes. The Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide has developed a new variant of Ford Escape that features Quantum’s advanced hydrogen system.
