The Volkswagen E-Bugster concept has been unveiled at the 2012 Detroit Auto Show. Porsche has officially introduced the all new 2012 Porsche Boxster. This sports car comes with a sharper front end and a wider rear incorporating a similar lip spoiler as the 2012 Porsche 911. Under the hood, power comes from either a 2.7-liter flat-six unit with 198kW or a revised 3.4-liter flat-six unit for the Boxster S with 235kW. Each engine can be paired to either a six-speed manual or Porsche’s PDK double-clutch seven-speed auto. BMW has finally revealed the US pricing for their upcoming ActiveHybrid 5. Announced at this year’s Detroit Auto Show, the ActiveHybrid 5 will hit the road in late spring for a MSRP of $61,845.
