Alfa Romeo has recently unveiled its high-performance MiTo GTA at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show. The Veloce model will use a 1.4L turbocharged four-cylinder engine that produces 180 horsepower and 200 lb-ft of torque. The 2009 Alfa Romeo 159 will be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show next month. The updated 159 boasts two new engines – a 200 hp, 1.8-liter TBi (turbocharged and direct-injected) four-cylinder and a 170 hp, 1.8-liter JTDm diesel – with the gas-powered variant equipped with a “Q2″ electronic differential and a choice of either a six-speed manual or auto ‘box.
