
Mercedes has unveiled the AMG sports package for the all new 2010 Mercedes E500 Cabrio. The package includes an AMG sports steering wheel, multicontour front seats, steering wheel shift paddles for the automatic transmission version, 6-twin-spoke light-alloy wheels, new front and rear aprons, side sill panels, perforated brake discs and AMG’s AGILITY CONTROL sports suspension for better handling. The tuners from Carlsson have launched their latest upgrade kit ‘CK63S’ for the Mercedes C63 AMG. The Carlsson CK63S Mercedes C63 AMG is powered by the same 6.3-liter V8 engine that has been modified to develop 565 horsepower and 685lb-ft of torque. Mercedes-Benz has finally unveiled the new E63 AMG ahead of its public debut at the New York Auto Show. This new car features a 6.3-liter V8 engine that develops 518 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to rear wheels via AMG Speedshift MCT 7-speed sports transmission. 0-60 mph comes in just 4.4 seconds and the top speed is electronically limited at 155 mph. Mercedes has released a teaser image for their upcoming E63 AMG. The picture reveals revised front bumper, big 5-spoke alloy wheels and upgraded brakes. Mercedes has finally announced its next supercar, which will make its debut at this September’s Frankfurt show. The new ultimate sports machine, the SLS AMG, is a modern-day take on the classic Gullwing of the 1950s. Powering the coupe is a revised version of AMG’s now familiar 6.2-liter 32-valve V-8. The engine delivers 563 hp at 6800 rpm and 479 lb-ft of torque at 4750 rpm. Mercedes is projecting a 0 to 62mph time of 3.8 seconds with a top speed of 196mph.
