Audi today released a new promotional video for the Audi A1 e-tron. The video shows the A1 e-tron quietly cruising around town. As a reminder, the A1 e-tron is powered by an electric motor producing 75kW (102PS) of power (45kW/ 61 S continuous) and 240Nm (177lb-ft) of torque (150Nm / 111lb-ft continuous) juiced by a 12kWh lithium-ion battery pack. The range on the A1 e-tron solely in electric mode is 50km (31miles). A range-extending engine helps improve that number to 250km (155miles). This electric car has a top speed of 130 km/h and the 0 to 100 km/h sprint takes 10.2 seconds. Watch the video after the jump. More»

Here we have a new review video from Fifth Gear showing the Audi S5 Sportback. In this video you’ll see the car being tested on public roads by Vicki Butler-Henderson. To refresh your memory, this all-wheel-drive vehicle uses a 3.0-liter supercharged V6 engine that produces a total output of 328 hp. The engine itself is coupled to a 7-speed S Tronic transmission with steer wheel mounted paddles. The 2011 Audi Q7 is based on the existing 3.0-liter TDI, which has less power but is more energy efficient. The Q7′s 3.0 TDI produces 150kW (204PS / 201hp) and 450Nm (332 lb-ft) of torque. This engine enables the crossover to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 9.1 seconds and hit a top speed of 205km/h (127mph). The 2011 Audi Q7 also features an eight-speed automatic transmission, an engine start/stop system, climate-controlled comfort seats, a panoramic sunroof and an advanced infotainment system. The upcoming Audi A1 has just been priced for the Australian market. This compact car will come in two different models including the A1 1.4 TFSI Attraction 6-speed manual and the A1 1.4 TFSI Ambition 6-speed manual. Both models will also come with the option of a 7-speed S tronic dual-clutch transmission. Meanwhile, safety features will include six airbags and ESP stability program with electronic limited slip differential as standard. According to some sources, Audi will be launching their newest compact hybrid SUV ‘Q5 Hybrid’ at the upcoming Los Angeles Auto Show.
