Audi has finally announced the 2011 Audi A8 price for the US market. This luxury sedan is scheduled to hit US showrooms in November with prices ranging from $78,050 for the 4.2 NWB quattro version and goes up to $84,00 for the top of the range 4.2 LWB quattro version. In case didn’t remember, the 2011 Audi A8 is equipped with a 4.2 FSI V8 petrol engine that generates a total of 372 hp and 328.22 lb-ft of torque. The engine is paired to a newly developed 8-speed tiptronic transmission with shift-by-wire control. Meanwhile, top speed is rated at 250 km/h with 0 to 100 km/h comes in just 5.7 seconds. The Audi R8 Spyder with EU5 compliant 4.2-liter FSI V8 engine and a six-speed manual or a six-speed R-tronic automated manual transmission is priced at £95,545 and £100,855, respectively. For your info, the V8 engine produces 430PS (316kW / 424bhp) at 7,900rpm, 430Nm (317 ft-lb) of torque from 4,500 to 6,000rpm. Audi has finally revealed the Audi A7 Sportback price for the German market. This five-door coupe is scheduled to go on sale in Germany later this fall for a starting price of 51,650 Euro (about $66,520). For your info, the car will come in four different engine options including two gasolines (2.8 FSI V6) and two diesels (3.0 TFSI V6). Meanwhile, standard features of the car will include an automatic air conditioning, a keyless ignition via the engine start-stop button, a four-spoke leather multifunction steering wheel, Xenon headlights, LED tail lights, MMI radio with a 6.5-inch monitor, an electromechanical parking brake, a power rear hatch, an acoustic windshield and a set of 18-inch alloy wheels. Sportec hits back with their latest performance package for the Audi S5 (coupe and cabriolet models). Dubbed as the Stage One, the package consists of a free flowing air filter element and a carefully developed ECU remap. With this upgrade the engine (3.0-liter supercharged V6 TFSI) is capable of producing 425 hp and 520 Nm of torque (an increase of 97 hp and 80 Nm), allowing the car to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.6 seconds.
