General Motors has announced the price tag of their upcoming 2010 Cadillac SRX that will go into production this summer. There will be two engine options available: a 3.0-liter DOHC V6 direct injection engine that is capable of producing 265 hp and 302 Nm of torque or a 2.8-liter DOHC turbocharged V6 engine with 300 hp and 400 Nm of torque. Cadillac has proudly introduced the 2009 Escalade Platinum Hybrid, a super-luxe variant of the Escalade Hybrid. The Platinum Hybrid features a 6.0-liter V8 engine with Active Fuel Management cylinder shut-off technology and a pair of electric motors connected to a 300-volt nickel-metal hydride battery.
