Chevrolet has decided to launch their newest extended-range electric vehicle ‘Volt‘ in Europe. The car will be offered for a price of 41,950 Euro / about $58,390 (including VAT) in Germany. Just like the US customers, the European customers will have the same unprecedented standard eight-year/160,000 km warranty on the Voltec powertrain and the advanced lithium-ion battery. Chevrolet Colorado Concept

Chevrolet has issued the first teaser image of the Colorado concept. The mid-size pickup features a bold front-end with a bulging hood and an Equinox-inspired grille. What’s more, the concept also has chrome accents on mirrors, door handles and fog light surrounds. The production model will be unveiled later this year. The production version of the Chevrolet Cruze Hatchback has finally made its world premiere at this year’s Geneva Motor Show. As mentioned before, this 5-door hatchback comes in a new range of engines, with the range-topping diesel unit the same as that of the newly-launched Orlando, with 163PS and a standard six-speed manual. 2012 Camaro ZL1

The 2012 Camaro ZL1 has been introduced at the Chicago Auto Show. As rumored, the new Camaro ZL1 is powered by the LSA, 6.2 liter supercharged V8 from the Cadillac CTS-V. The car is rated at 550 horsepower versus the Cadillac CTS-V’s 556 horsepower, while torque drops to 550 ft lb from the CTS-V’s 551 ft lb. There is no info on pricing at this moment. Chevrolet Sonic Z Spec

Chevrolet has unveiled their newest concept car ‘Sonic Z Spec’ at this year’s Detroit Auto Show. Specs-wise, the car is equipped with Brembo brakes with ventilated discs, Recaro sport seats, a Borla exhaust system, a K&W coilover suspension and sits on BBS wheels. Power itself comes from either a 1.4-liter turbocharged engine with 138 hp and 200 Nm of torque or a 1.8-liter DOHC with 135 hp and 168 Nm of torque.
