Hyundai has released the first Hyundai Nuvis teaser image, however Hyundai didn’t release much information about the concept, except the fact it will be premiered at the New York Auto Show next week. The first image of the upcoming 2010 Kia VG concept has appeared on the net. The car will make its debut at the Seoul Motor Show later this week. The VG concept is another sedan to use the popular coupe like design and features a 3.5-liter V6 Lambda engine mated to a six-speed transmission. Production version will be seen in September at Kia’s home market with a north American arrival in Spring, 2010. [LeftLane]
Korea’s SsangYong Motors has released a teaser image of their upcoming SsangYong C200 Aero concept which will be displayed at next month’s Seoul Motor Show. From what can be seen in the teaser image the car comes with a number of design changes when compared to a standard C200, including a new front, side and rear body treatment, more aggressively sized and styled wheels and a rear spoiler. Spanish based GTA motors has announced that their supercar GTA concept will be officially launched at the end of April. The car is powered by a rear mounted V10 engine that develops 780 horsepower and 920 Nm of torque. The engine is coupled with a 7-speed sequential manual gearbox, but the company also offers an optional automatic gearbox. GTA Motors claims that the car does 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) under 3 seconds and the top speed is over 350 km/h (217 mph). Unfortunately, the production of the car will be limited to just 99 units. Hyundai will be showing off its latest concept car called HND-4 at the 2009 Seoul Motor Show next week. The HND-4 is a plug-in hybrid car, power comes from the 1.6-liter four cylinder engine with 154 horsepower that is mated to an electric motor. This electric engine is powered by lithium polymer battery packs that offers a range of up to 64 kilometers (40 miles) without a single drop of gas used. [Hyundai] More»
Dacia has recently unveiled its first concept crossover ‘Duster’ at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show. It’s a perfect collaboration between a sporting coupe with an MPV (Multi Purpose Vehicle).
