Audi A3 e-Tron

The new Audi A3 e-Tron electric car is capable of generating 136PS (100 kW) and 270Nm (200 lb-ft). Based on the Sportback version, the A3 e-Tron is able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 11.2 seconds and reach a top speed of 145 km/h (90 mph). Its electric motor is powered by a lithium-ion battery pack that’s located under the rear seats and on the luggage compartment’s floor. Hyundai Blue2 Concept

Hyundai today introduced the Blue2 concept at the Seoul Motor Show. It is actually the company’s first sedan-style Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle (FCEV), which is based on the Blue Link technology. The Hyundai Blue2 concept is powered by an 120hp engine, offering a nice 34.9 Km/liter consumption of pure Fuel Cell Bliss. Too bad, there is no further info about this electric car. Sim-Drive today unveiled their Advance Development Model No. 1. Dubbed as the SIM-LEI, this electric car prototype has actually managed to surpass the target of at least 300 kilometers (186 miles) of range on a single charge. KIA Naimo Electric Concept At Seoul Motor Show

KIA today introduced its new Naimo electric concept at Seoul Motor Show. This eco-friendly car combines Korean heritage with innovative modern features. FYI, the Korean word “Ne-mo” (pronounced “Neh-mo”) means “square shape”. The Naimo electric Crossover Utility Vehicle (CUV) is powered by an electric motor with twin 27kWh LiPoly batteries, offering a range of about 200 kilometers per charge. The batteries can be recharged up to 80 percent capacity using a fast recharge outlet in around 25 minutes, or in 4 or 5 hours for a full charge using a standard 3.3kW outlet. [Akihabara]
