Saab has recently showcased the Saab 9-6 concept at the company’s museum in Trollhättan. Based on the Subaru Tribeca, this luxury SUV will be available in a 4-wheel drive system, and will come in two different models: five door version and three door version. At this stage, there’s no info whether Saab will attach the ‘X’ to the end of the name of the production version like the recently released Saab 9-4X. Stay tuned for more updates. Saab 9-4X Goes On Sale In The US

Saab has begun selling their newest SUV ‘9-4X‘ in the US market. Based on the Cadillac SRX, the 9-4X is available in two different engine options including a 3.0-liter V6 with 195kW and 305Nm of torque for the standard model and a 2.8-liter turbocharged V6 with 221kW and 400Nm of torque for the Aero model. Prices ranging from $34,205 for the standard model and goes up to $48,835 for the Aero model. [Car Advice]

2012 Saab 9-3 Facelift Introduced

The all new 2012 Saab 9-3 Facelift has just been introduced. Available in both Saloon and SportsWagon versions, this new model comes with a new front bumper and signature Saab ‘ice block’ headlamps found also on the new 9-5. Underneath, power comes from a new 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine that generates 163 hp or 220 hp. Pricing and release date are still unknown at the moment. [GlobalMotors]

Saab 9-4X On Video

Here is a video that shows the new Saab 9-4X. The company has officially unveiled this crossover at the Los Angeles Auto Show. Based on the Cadillac SRX, the 9-4X features include a wraparound windshield, a ‘hockey stick’ waistline, bi-xenon headlights, a dual-exhaust system, and 18-inch alloy wheels (20-inchers on the Aero). Powered by a 3.0-liter V6 engine that produces 265 PS (195 kW / 262 hp), the Saab 9-4X accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 9.0 seconds. Saab also offers a Bose audio system, GPS navigation (with an eight-inch touchscreen), tri-zone climate control, and a rear entertainment system. Video after the jump. More»

Saab 94X Crossover

Saab has introduced another one of its upcoming crossover, the Saab 94X. This mid-size crossover will be offered in two different engine options including a 2.8-liter V6 turbo engine with 300 hp and 400 Nm of torque and a 3.0-liter V6 engine with 265 hp and 302 Nm of torque. Both engines will be coupled to a 6-speed automatic transmission with steering wheel controls. Saab To Showcase 9-4X At L.A. Auto Show

Saab is reportedly planning on showcasing their newest crossover ‘9-4X’ at the upcoming L.A. Auto Show in November. Featuring the same design cues as the 9-4X Bio Power concept, this new crossover will come with a 2.8-liter turbocharged V6 engine paired to a six-speed automatic transmission that outputs a total of 260 hp. The car itself is scheduled to hit U.S. dealerships in the spring of next year. [Autoevolution]
