BMW has announced the pricing of the BMW ActiveHybrid 5. The sedan will be available in Germany from the base price of €62,900($85,734). For your info, the BMW ActiveHybrid 5 is powered by a 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo inline six-cylinder engine, which is combined with an electric drive system and an eight-speed automatic transmission. This engine configuration allows the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 5.9 seconds with a top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h). [autoevolution]
The new Volvo Concept You has been unveiled at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. The car features a large control center on the dashboard that consists of four main areas such as a digital Driver Information Monitor, a head-up display on the windscreen, a touch screen on the upper part of the center console, and a touch screen between the two individual rear seats. Toyota has just announced the availability of their new Corolla Ascent Sport in Australia.
