Switzer Performance has unveiled a new tuning package for the Porsche Panamera Turbo. Priced at $22,000, the Porsche Panamera Turbo P680 kit includes new turbos, a custom intercooler and a revised ECU. This modification allows the 4.8-liter V8 engine to produce 680hp (507kW/ 689PS) and approximately 716lb-ft (970Nm) of torque. Magnat has introduced a new package for the Porsche 911 GT3. The company is focused on creating a luxurious interior with a mix of black Alcantara and leather materials with white colored stitching and trim accents. The highlight is of course Magnat’s own audio system that provides 2,100 watts of sound power. Magnat also installs a revised ECU and sport exhaust system, allowing the engine to produce 462PS (340kW/ 456hp) and 451 Nm (333 lb-ft) of torque. Audi has issued a promotional video for the new R8 GT Spyder. The sports car comes with a 5.2 liter FSI V10 engine with an output of 412kW (560PS/ 552bhp) and 540Nm (398.28 lb-ft) of torque. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62.14 mph) in 3.8 seconds with a top speed of 317 km/h (196.97 mph). Here is a new commercial video of the Aston Martin V12 Vantage. In case you didn’t know, the Aston Martin V12 Vantage is powered by a 6.0-liter engine that produces 510bhp and 570Nm of torque. Aston claims that the new V12 Vantage can accelerate from 0 to 62mph (100 km/h) in 4.2 seconds with a top speed of 190mph (305 km/h). Audi has unveiled the A1 Clubsport Quattro concept at the Worthersee Tour 2011 in Austria. The Audi A1 Clubsport Quattro is powered by a turbocharged 2.5 liter engine with turbocharging and direct fuel injection that allows the car to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.7 seconds. The sports car has a top speed of 155.34 mph. Another area where the Audi A1 Clubsport Quattro shines is its overall weight of only 1,390 Kilograms (3,064 lb). [Audi USA News]
JOSS Developments will introduce the upcoming JP1 supercar at the Australian International Motor Show. The supercar will feature a mid-mounted aluminum V8 engine with a six-speed manual gearbox, producing 500bhp (373kW/ 507PS). The JP1 is a two-seat sport coupe riding on a composite honeycomb sub-frame with a carbon fiber body. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 Km/h in less than 3.0 seconds with an estimated top speed of 340 Km/h (211 mph).
