Volkswagen Recalls 168,275 Jetta TDI And Golf TDI

Volkswagen has decided to recall 168,275 Jetta TDI and Golf TDI models. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration(NHTSA), the recall is due to the resonance condition that could cause the fuel line to fall and may lead to a fire. Volkswagen will notify owners affected by the issue and replace the fuel line with an improved fuel injector. The carmaker will also install vibration damper on all of the injector lines. [Autoblog]
